Claim Help

Please have the following information ready before starting your online claim:

  1. If your device was stolen, call your wireless carrier to suspend your service to protect yourself against unauthorized charges.
  2. Have your mobile number, manufacturer and model of your device and the electronic serial number of your device ready before you start your claim.  The serial number of your device is 8 - 15 digits long and may be an ESN, IMEI, MSN or MEID.  This can typically be located underneath the battery. Or may be found on the original packaging that your device came in, your purchase receipt or you may call your wireless carrier to obtain the serial number.
  3. Once your claim is approved, a non-refundable deductible may apply.  If your device was accidently damaged or has a mechanical or electrical failure, a return address label along with instructions will be sent to you so you can return the device and avoid additional charges.
