Screen Failure repair applies when service is available and provided through our participating repair centers. Repair centers aren’t available in every province or territory. Available repair locations will be provided during the claim filing process. IMEI is required for screen repair.

Requires activation of Find My Device. Applies if device is missing and Find My Device fails to locate covered device. Not available for all devices. Not available in Quebec.
