How long does it take to receive a replacement device?

Device Protection Plan

Once your claim is approved, we will ship your device via next business day delivery, when available, at no additional cost. If you provided your email address when filing your claim, you will receive a notice advising you when the device has shipped. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Plans purchased prior to September 17, 2020

Equipment Protection Plan for Android Smartphones, All Tablets, Feature Phones, & Data Connect Devices

With the Preferred Plan for smartphones and tablets, your device will be shipped via next business day delivery, when available, at no additional cost. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional fee.

With the Standard Plan for smartphones, your device will be shipped within 1-2 business days at no additional cost. Expedited and Saturday delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Equipment Protection Plan for iPhone

Once your claim is approved, we will ship your device within 1-2 business days, when available, at no additional cost. If you provided your email address when filing your claim, you will receive a notice advising you when the device has shipped.

Will the replacement device be the same make and model as my original?

Replacement devices are reconditioned devices of like kind and quality. If a reconditioned device is not available, we will replace it with a new model of like kind and quality. Device color may vary depending on availability.

What if I have trouble activating the replacement device?

I received the replacement but it's not working properly. What do I do?

To ensure satisfaction, your replacement device has been fully tested for quality prior to shipment. If, however, you experience any issues with your replacement device, please call 1-888-352-9183 immediately for assistance.
