*Accidental Damage claims fall under one of two categories: Screen-Only Repair or All Other Accidental Damage. The Screen-Only Repair service fee/deductible is $29 when service is provided through an Assurant authorized service provider when and where repair service is available. Otherwise a replacement is available for the All Other Accidental Damage service fee/deductible of $49 or $99.
If the approved claim is related to Hardware Service, Loss, Theft, or Other Accidental Damage, you will be provided with detailed information on how to return your damaged device. If the device is not returned, an unrecovered equipment fee no greater than the value of the replacement device will apply.
